Neil has done an outstanding job on our 10 Year old Nissan Qashqai. Without hesitation I would recommend Neil 100%. the car was dull faded scratched and bird marks. After collecting my new car, I was offered a ceramic coating by the dealer but initially declined as I wasn’t sure it was worth the cost. After doing some research, I came across NF Detailing. Neil’s introduction video, the reviews and the obvious passion he has for his work gave me the confidence to explore it further. Although I live around an hour away and had plenty of detailers closer to home, I liked the setup at NF Detailing and decided it was worth the journey. Neil responded quickly to my enquiry and explained the options clearly. There was a waiting list of around 2–3 months, which actually reassured me that the business is in demand. Fortunately, Neil later contacted me to offer an earlier appointment, which was perfect as I’d only had the car for a couple of weeks. When I dropped the car off, Neil took the time to explain the process, why it takes as long as it does and what to expect. He even offered to collect me from the local station when he realised how far I had travelled, which was a thoughtful gesture. Collecting the car the following day was a real eye-opener. Even though it was brand new and had already been prepared by the dealer, the finish was on another level. The paint had much more depth, the colour really stood out and the wheels looked fantastic. Neil also took the time to explain the aftercare and was happy to answer all my questions, even offering advice on future cleaning products to ensure I didn’t damage the ceramic coating. Neil is clearly knowledgeable, takes great pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. Travelling the extra distance was absolutely worthwhile and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NF Detailing. I’ll definitely be back.

From the first message to Neil to the collection of our 5+ year old to now showroom condition car was seamless. His extensive knowledge and experience within vehicle Detailing industry is apparent from the outset. After Neil initially seeing the car, he gives an honest recommendation of what level of attention the respective paintwork requires for best results. Fantastic professional and quality service from start to finish. I found Neil through his advert on Instagram and that he was local. I sent him a message and he called to discuss what I was looking for and what service would best suit my needs. Once confirmed he provided a confirmation booking in service. He then contacted me prior to the date booked as stated on the booking confirmation to arrange drop off. Neil contacted me with plenty of notice to let me know when the car would be ready and due to being local he kindly arrange for myself to be picked up. When I saw the car I was in awe at quality of work he had done. The paintwork looks amazing, like it's wet and shine that can dazzle. I opted for the ceramic coat which he took the time to explain how to care for it along with an aftercare leaflet. Beyond happy with the car and service. Overall very professional, knowledgeable and nice guy. Will be back again for sure and highly recommend.

I messaged Neil with a few questions about having my new car ceramic coated. Neil replied quickly, explained the options and benefits. I opted for the new car package and Neil managed to fit me in that week. He had the car overnight and when I collected it I was amazed at how much better it looked considering it was only 2 months old. The ceramic coating has made a huge difference to the ease of keeping the car clean and everyday debris is easily washed off. I will be using NF detailing again and would have no hesitation in recommending Neil - his knowledge, expertise and helpfulness are second to none!
